Reporting sword build with Silverwing Galrath Quivering and Standing Slash: this is absolutely slower than the axe build. Against Aatxes it's on par with the axe, but against smites; axe is , I'm %100 certain, faster.
If anyone's got anything faster, using sword, feel free to share. But I highly doubt it can compete with the axe, since the sword can't inflict deep wound on smites.

Because the already "slow adrenaline building sword", having that skill, will ultimately lose balance, and begin swinging empty slashes, with no attack skills, that deal close to no damage. Axe's every hit is an attack skill, sword takes too much time to build adrenaline.

yes i would have to agree, initially i was testing the evicerate build and i didn't like it. but cleave and penetrating x2 and dismember is pretty fast. the deep wound on the smites made all the difference.
good job kryth.
edit-
the adren problem can be solved with dragon slash, quivering is not that great of a skill imo. for smites, you are constantly spamming attacking skills with sword. the difference lies in dismember.

Thanks man and exactly, that's what I have been trying to tell. Deep Wound is such a source that it not only lowers the max HP of target, but also has a damage, and if u peeps already don't know, the next hit after Deep Wound lowers the target HP by %20, so its a blast when one hits the target with cleave after dismember.
Something like this: Cleave -> Pen 1 -> Pen 2 -> Dismember (Deep Wound) -> Cleave (+ %20 of max hp of target)
That last Cleave bites off a huge chunk outta targets health bar.

And the question is... Sundering Axe or Elemental Axe. still testing.
As far as we tested, elemental axe's good for aataxe's and sundering for smiters.
max dmg is.... I guess I'm not gonna let you say Kryth.. 116..!! it seems we just owned spoil victor. YAY! (meh...)

Definitely Elemental vs Aatxes and Definitely Sundering vs Smiters.
But that requires two axes now

soloing uw with an SS with mob scatter is a pain in the ass. I used to do smite runs in 20min with my necro. now i don't because it is frustrating. i figure its still doable with the solo necro, but with the frustration i would have to pass.
back to the warrior topic, anyone try a +20% demonslaying mod?
if you think about it, a +20% enchanting mod for a 16 sec protective spirit isn't really that helpful. 16*.2 =2.2 secs longer. i usually refresh my ps before it starts blinking so i am thinking about try it out.
maybe two axes.
1. Icy axe with +15% enchanted, +20vs demons, customized
2. Sundering Axe with +15% enchanted, +20vs demons, customized
Smites and Aataxes are both demons correct?

Axe mod of Demonslaying? Interesting. That's a new addition from NF I guess. I don't have NF. But isn't the vs xxx kinda monster or ^+%dmg while xxx are all offensive mods? So to my knowledge its either Demonslaying or +%dmg while under the effects of xxxxx.
And ye I'll pass the frustration also.

yeah its +20% vs demons, i would test it but you europeans always hog all the favor :P
its not nightfalls only i got mine back in factions. i got a pair of axes in storage waiting for action =D
edit--
oh and its unconditional its just +20% on all you attacks. I am not sure how it stacks but i have an axe set up this way.
+15% while enchanted
+20 % customized
+20% vs demons.
however i don't know how it stacks. i hope it follows this secenario.
so default = 100
100 *1.15 = 115 damage
115 *1.20 = 138 damage
138 *1.20 = 165.6 damage
or is it
100 *1.55 = 1.55 damage.

Nice work Langdon
and by the way, it has been discussed I know but we are thinkin of switching the Mo/Me to Me/Mo
with 16 illusion 8 healing and rest in whatever necessary.
Worst case scenario skillbar would be :
Symphatetic Visage
Mending
Watchful
Essence
Breeze
Veng
Reb
----- EMPTY
We are trying to sort out an effective skill to fill in that empty slot for more and more damage to help warrior, also making the support more active. The best part is that it could also be elite
Only drawback would be that the mes has to use Breeze more now.
Edit : Oh wait Judge's!! lol ^_^

Currently there is a build that can solo UW efficiently as fast as the old Rt/Me, so no need for dual runs anymore.
